Returns, Replacements & Cancellations Policy – Dash Care

Step 1

Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s).

You can also raise a request using the Chat option on our website.

In case of damaged or missing product(s), raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.


Step 2

Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.


Step 3

After reviewing your request, we will schedule a pickup via our courier partner to collect the product(s) from your location.


Step 4

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product using any reliable courier.
We will reimburse the shipping charges either to your PayTM Wallet or Dash Care Wallet.


Step 5

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will verify them against your claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly.
Please note: Replacements are subject to stock availability.


Conditions for Return/Replacement

✅ You can raise a return or replacement request if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Expired product was delivered

  • Product was damaged (physically broken, tampered, or leaking)

  • Order was incomplete or had missing items

❌ Return/Replacement will not be accepted if:

  • Product is opened, used, or altered

  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing

  • Return request is raised after the allowed time window:

    • 7 days for incorrect/expired product

    • 2 days for damaged/missing products


How Are Returns Processed?

  • Once you request a return, a pickup is scheduled within 5–7 business days.

  • The product is brought to our warehouse for a quality check.

  • If approved, a refund or replacement is initiated.


Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled by:

  • Clicking the “Cancel” button from the Order Details page in your My Account section

  • Or by calling us at 9811300707 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)

Note:
Orders can only be cancelled if the status is “Ready to Ship”.
Dash Care reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. Verification may include verbal or written confirmation before shipping.


Return & Refund Policy (With Duration and Refund Mode)

How Will I Receive the Refund for a Cancelled or Returned Product?

  • For Prepaid Orders (paid via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.):
    Refund will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 business days.
    (Example: Agar aapne UPI se payment kiya hai, toh refund bhi UPI par hi milega.)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    You’ll be required to share your bank account details, and the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

  • For Self-ship Return Shipping Charges:
    Reimbursement will be credited to your PayTM Wallet or Dash Care Wallet.


How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?

  • Order Cancellation: Refund is processed within 7 business days.

  • Product Returns: Refund is initiated after the product passes quality check, which may take up to 2 weeks from the pickup date.


Can I Return Part of My Order?

Yes, partial returns are allowed for items that are eligible for return and fall within the 7-day return window.
