All orders for our wellness products are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

We aim to process and ship orders quickly, so the window to correct a shipping address is very limited. If you realize that you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.


5. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address are subject to a restocking fee, to be determined at our discretion.


6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Dash Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local authorities or your shipping carrier for assistance.


7. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

We allow returns within 7 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund or exchange within this 7-day period. See our Return Policy for full details.


8. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will wait until all items are available before dispatching your full order. You will be notified of any such delays.
